Refund policy

We offer a money-back guarantee for purchases made of our Harmoni Pendant on this website. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, Harmoni Pendant invites you to review our policy on returns.

  1. Customers have 60 days to initiate a return from the moment the Pendant is delivered.  Please contact us at support@harmonipendant.com to begin your return if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Please do not send in a return without first contacting Harmoni, as a refund will not be possible without this step. Please note that we do not refund the shipping fee, and all customers will be responsible for shipping charges on returns (unless we made mistake). A return merchandise authorization (RMA) will be emailed to you to proceed. Once the return is received back to Harmoni, a refund will be issued to the original purchasing card.

  2. Accidents happen, so here at Harmoni Pendant, we also offer a 60-day exchange for all damaged or broken pendants. The Customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost of the damaged item or the exchange (unless we made a mistake or if the item arrived damaged). The replacement Harmoni Pendant will be shipped to the customer after the returned damaged item is received.

Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to give a refund, given the following: 

Harmoni's return policy is valid for 60 days from the date of purchase. If 60 days have gone by since the date you purchased, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet one of the following conditions: 

  1. The products must be unused with the seal intact and in resalable condition.
  2. The products can be opened, but must contain the unused portion of the product remaining in the bottle.

We will not provide refunds for bottles returned empty. 

You must pay to return products to Harmoni Pendnant. 

Return postage costs can only be refunded or paid by Harmoni Pendant. If the items are deemed faulty, damaged, or you have received the wrong item.
