Shipping policy

How long will it take for my Harmoni pendant to get to me?

Please allow 2-4 business days for us to process your order. Our team processes orders from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). If you have placed the order over the weekend, it will be shipped the following Monday or Wednesday. 

US Express Shipping:

• We utilize UPS 2nd Day Air for our express shipping service. The cost for this service may vary depending on your location and will be calculated at the time of checkout. Any orders placed after 2 PM will be sent the following business day. 
  
  Our goal is to provide you with reliable and efficient shipping options, and we strive to keep our costs reasonable. If you have any questions or need further clarification regarding our express shipping policy, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team. 
  
  

International Shipping:

• International shipping may take 5-15 business days of travel time depending on the country you're situated in. The buyer, is responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs charges, etc. required by your country. We do not collect this beforehand, and can't give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you're ready to get your package cleared through customs and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.
  
  Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees due at the time of the delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer.  We declare all packages by the law as such Packing slips for International shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or with altered prices.

Please note: Please be aware that shipping times are estimates, and while we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays can occur. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping charges for delayed packages once they have been shipped. However, we are always here to assist you and provide any necessary support during this time.
